Your event needs to tell an impressive story that instills confidence and generates interest within the investor community.  And to make that event successful, you need a solid mix of strong technical experience, deep subject matter knowledge and highly creative content. That requires a considerable amount of time, a sizable team and a commitment to excellence.  

Does your venue have high enough ceilings for good light?  Do they have an in-house AV team?  Can you get in the day before to set up, do a dry run and iron out all of the kinks?  Are your presenters comfortable in front of the camera?  Do you need a teleprompter?  Are you building an agenda that takes all audiences into consideration, no matter where they are, "sitting"? The list of questions goes on and on and working with a team that asks them all and has the answers is key to ensuring an event that runs smoothly without any hidden landmines.
