Ashley Claeson-Rasch

Ashley is the Director of Finance & People at Privcap, specializing in designing and implementing human resources and business processes. Before joining Privcap she helped logistics and transportation organizations maximize their potential under her own company, ARC Business Advisors, as well as several years serving the Human Resources division at a major US based airline. Ashley earned a MS in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University, as well as a BS in Interior Architecture & Design from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. When she's not building out best practices, you can find Ashley boating, building, or just relaxing on her 17 acre hobby farm in South Carolina.
